Welcome to www.doortax.com. The www.doortax.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Doortax, Inc. (“Doortax”). www.doortax.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Doortax is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account as a result of theft or misappropriation of your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Doortax collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen for federal income tax preparation purposes, including social security numbers, birth dates, and other IRS-required data. Children under 13 must have parental permission to use this site. Parents may contact us at support@doortax.com for any questions about our data collection practices for children.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Virtual Tax Pro Services: You may cancel your request for a tax professional within 24 hours to receive a 100% refund, which will be processed within 7-14 business days. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, you will receive a 30% refund.
- On-Site Tax Pro Services: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. If the tax professional has already arrived at the location, no refund will be provided.

www.doortax.com may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under Doortax’s control, and we are not responsible for their content or any changes made to them. These links are provided for convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement by Doortax.
Certain services offered through www.doortax.com may be delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the www.doortax.com domain, you acknowledge and consent to Doortax sharing your information and data with third parties who have a contractual relationship with Doortax to provide the requested product, service, or functionality.

The Site is controlled, operated, and administered by Doortax from within the USA. If you access the Site from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doortax, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Termination/Access Restriction
Doortax reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and its related services at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida for any disputes arising from your use of the Site.
